Solution
Thank you for your renewal.
The expiration date will not change until the transaction is complete.
Renewals are not instantaneous. Your credit card company must verify payment.
Transactions complete in 1-3 days.
Once your transaction is accepted, the expiration date will update signifying a completed renewal.
